        • Refunds for cancellations (before shipping) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

      • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you must notify our Customer Support Team within 7 days of delivery.
      • Options available to you:
        • ✅ A full refund, including reimbursement of return shipping costs.
        • ✅ A replacement of the same item free of charge.

        • ✅ The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
        • ✅ All original tags, accessories, and proof of purchase must be included.
      • Non-returnable items:
        • ❌ Personalized or customized products.
        • ❌ Used, altered, or damaged items.
        • ❌ Products without original packaging and tags.

        • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
        • Once the item is received and verified, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

      • 💳 Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and verified.
      • 🔹 Refund timeline based on payment method:
        • Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days.
        • Digital Payment Methods (UPI, Wallets, Net Banking): 5-7 business days.
        • Store Credit: Issued immediately upon approval.
      • 🚫 Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
      • 📌 Refund Exceptions:
        • If the returned product fails quality checks, the refund will not be processed.
        • Any non-returnable item will be sent back to the customer at their cost.
        • ✅ The item is unused and in original condition with all tags attached.
        • ✅ The new item is of equal or lesser value (for higher-value items, the difference must be paid).
        • ✅ Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

      • ✅ Store credits can be used for future purchases on Bluweea.com.
      • ✅ They are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
      • 🚫 Store credits cannot be converted into cash or transferred.

      • 🔄 Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery, provided:
        • ✅ The item is unused and in original condition with all tags attached.
        • ✅ The new item is of equal or lesser value (for higher-value items, the difference must be paid).
        • ✅ Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
      • 📌 How to request an exchange:
        • Contact [email protected] with your exchange request, including your order details and the item you wish to exchange.
        • Our team will confirm the availability of the new item and provide return instructions.
        • We will arrange for the item to be picked up or provide you with shipping instructions, as applicable.
        • Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

    • 📌 Address Accuracy:
      • Ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Bluweea is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
    • 📦 Return Instructions:
      • Always contact customer support before returning an item.
      • Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
    • ⏳ Processing Time:
      • Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days after receipt.
      • Refunds/store credits will be issued only after verification.
