These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://bluweea.com (the “Site”) operated by BLUWEEA(“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Using the Site

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information at checkout and account creation.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

Orders & pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Shipping is ₹90 flat, or free on orders above ₹500. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders with pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns & exchanges

We offer 7-day returns and exchanges on unused, unworn items with original tags and packaging. For full details, see our Returns Policy.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the payment method you provide for the full order amount, including shipping.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, product designs, and the BLUWEEA name — is the property of BLUWEEA or its licensors and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

Product accuracy

We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will match the actual product. Fabric colours may vary slightly from what appears online due to lighting during photography and screen settings.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLUWEEA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
